The years between 35 and 65 are usually the busiest times for women. They may be in the midst of their careers, caring for children and a partner, whilst possibly also bearing the responsibility for elderly family members. Many women spend their time looking after everyone else, and struggle to find balance in their busy lives. Stress symptoms such as poor sleep, weight gain, burn out, headaches, muscle tension, digestive problems, and mental health issues are a real concern which plague many of us. In addition, chronic health issues such as poor metabolic health, auto-immune disorders, hormonal problems, or chronic fatigue syndrome concern over 50% of women. As early as one's late 30's unrecognised peri-menopausal symptoms may arise. As you head into your 40's hormonal shifts are having a very real impact on your health, and these changes continue into menopause and beyond. We at Intuitive Wellbeing are on a mission to empower women with knowledge, tools, support and personal intuition, to take their health into their own hands and reclaim their vitality!
The Women's Wellness Course is based on Functional Medicine principles, with Mindfulness practices woven throughout. The course consists of two complementary Modules, covering the following topics:
The Healthy Gut
Movement & Exercise
Sleep & Rest
The course is presented by Health & Wellness Coaches, Constanze Lullies and Carron Howard. Together with the group, they are there to guide &
support you, in order to help you to discover and achieve your vision of
optimal health & wellness…
I am a physiotherapist, specialised in backs, necks & sports injuries. I qualified as a Pilates Intructor in 2007. In 2022 I completed my Health & Wellness Coaching Course through the Functional Medicine Coaching Academy. I have always had a strong interest in nutrition and wellness, and believe in a holistic, balanced approach to health. As a woman in my mid 40's I have seen how little information we as woman have about our own hormones, and how our bodies change at this stage of our lives. I love to help & empower women with knowledge and insight around their health and wellbeing. My family and I have lived in Zurich for 5 years, and in addition to coaching I have also been giving core classes, training individuals, and practicing as a physiotherapist – which I absolutely love.
I love the sense of community which my classes bring, and the support and friendships which have developed. I believe that the combination of coaching, and group support is very powerful to help clients find their balance, and the optimal health and wellness we all strive towards. I love spending time with my family and friends, cooking, running in the forest, learning and reading.
The centuries-old practices & wisdom of yoga & mindfulness, combined with insights from cutting edge scientific findings on health issues allow me to live from my heart and find more balance, peace and happiness in my life.
In my courses and
coaching offers I draw on over 20 years of personal practice as well as on my
professional trajectory as RYT® 500 certified yoga teacher, certified
mindfulness teacher from the Mindfulness Meditation Teacher Certification
Program (MMTCP), of the Greater Good Science Center with Jack Kornfield and
Tara Brach, certified health coach from the Functional Medicine Coaching
Academy, as well as on 20 years of experience in the international
non-profit sector. I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Social Anthropology from
the London School of Economics and a Master of Philosophy in Social
Psychology from the University of Cambridge. I am owner of Yoga Itschnach and Mindfulhealthyliving, founding board member of Achtsame
Schulen Schweiz, and board
member of Breathe International.
